Enrico Scolari

Managing Director and Founding Partner

Mr. Scolari. Previously was the co-founder and Managing Director of DAS Alliance Group, a firm specializing in the development of Multifamily and Single- Family Communities throughout the United States. As a Co- founder Mr. Scolari helped DASAG and Its affiliates grow its CMRE portfolio to over $2Billion Dollars in AUM. Mr. Scolari also acts as a Managing Director and Co-founder of Alliance Realty Capital, a privately owned firm specializing in acquisition and development of CMRE. Mr. Scolari’s presence has been global, but his focus has been tailored to meet the needs of small and middle market developers and family offices.
Recently, Mr. Scolari arranged financing for a new California-based airline, as well as securing financing for several West Coast real estate assets. Mr. Scolari has worked and managed money for major financial institutions such as Merchants Bank/MBank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Mr. Scolari has managed and arranged financing in excess of $4 billion during his finance career.
Mr. Scolari holds a BA in Business & Finance from UABC and is fluent in Spanish. Privately, Mr. Scolari retired racing professionally as a NASCAR Driver in 2000.

Richard Wojowadzki

Co-Managing Director and Partner

Mr. Wojewodzki directed real estate acquisitions within the eastern United States on behalf of JP Morgan’s $2 billion real estate fund and its separate account clients, for which he completed $400 million of participating debt and equity investments. He also managed the New York Real Estate Fund, a $200 million partnership of JP Morgan and Silverstein Properties that was formed to opportunistically invest into assets within the New York metropolitan area.

Mr. Wojewodzki was a member of the Real Estate Investment Committee for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He was the firm’s Regional Investment Manager for all mortgage and equity investments for metropolitan New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, during which time he managed two joint venture development projects for mixed-use office, hotel and retail properties with costs exceeding $230 million, originated $525 million of mortgage and equity investments, and managed the region’s $1 billion mortgage portfolio. Mr. Wojewodzki has also held management positions within the real estate departments of AXA Equitable Life and JP Morgan Chase Bank

Jack Corwin

Managing Director Multifamily and Partner

Mr. Corwin brings 44 years of real estate experience in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and residential investments. Prior to joining DAS Alliance Group, he was formerly the President of Trend Real Estate, Inc. in San Diego, a full-service lending and investment brokerage. In hospitality, Mr. Corwin served as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Wyndham Cusco Hotel. His expertise extends to distressed assets, giving him firsthand experience in the management of the value-add process. Studies include Management, Marketing, and Economics at colleges in Los Angeles and San Diego California.

Eli Bunton

VP Acquisitions Jr. Partner

Mr. Bunton comes from a family of developers and builders in Southern California. The family has also completed numerous fix and flip projects, resulting in profitable exits. He has overseen real estate development projects on site ranging from value-add apartments to ground-up development with Gemstone Partners. Mr. Bunton has extensive experience as a property manager, where he oversaw 200+ units at J&D Management in San Diego. He has a passion for finding new real estate deals and connecting investors with exceptional opportunities in the multifamily space. As an avid fitness enthusiast, you will always find him running, hiking, or working on a new personal fitness challenge.

Ivette Casillas

EVP Business Development Mexico

Mrs. Casillas serves as EVP of Business Development Mexico. She recently held the position of Undersecretary of Tourism for BC, Mexico. Prior to that Mrs. Casillas was City Council Member for the City of Tijuana, that has a current population of 4 million inhabitants. Mrs. Casillas has led organizations Such as Rotary International BC, Mex and CANACO-Chamber of Commerce for BC, Mexico. She remains active in philanthropic organizations helping her City, State and Country. Mrs. Casillas holds a BA in Business from UABC.
